We talked to a Family Medicine Specialist and got a tour of the facility, which was connected to a rather large and americanized mall.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Observations of the Day:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>*The doctors each have their own office in the facility. They have a desk and the patient examination table all in one room.<\/p>\n<p>*Nurses each have their own examination room too.<\/p>\n<p>*There is a 24\/7 hotline you can call to determine if you need to come into the doctor or not.<\/p>\n<p>*There were no antibacterial foam canisters outside every room like there are in the US.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Word of the Day:<\/strong> v\u00e4ntsal (waiting room)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Photo of the Day: Today my health care class took a field trip to Kista V\u00e5rdcentral, a local community health center.
